		Our specialized research centers around the collection, analysis and interpretation of eye-movement and mental effort as a user interacts with your product or interface. Combined with performance data and subjective user responses, we effectively investigate all aspects of usability, visibility and optimization.

Usability

Usability measures ascertain if users quickly find what they want, show whether tasks are easily accomplished, and reveal when the interface is confusing.

Visibility

Visibility measures indicate whether users see critical information, point out which features are especially noticed, and determine which parts of the site are ignored.

Optimization

Optimization measures determine if users find information where they expect it, show where experienced users and novice users differ, and assess the functionality of the interface.

Our research is highly flexible and customized. We tailor each project to the client's needs. To ensure this, we focus on working with the client to develop an aggressive but affordable research design.
